We develop solutions to achieve your desired results. Our original rolling simulation software, Wicon, enable us to optimize the pass schedules for our customers.
Maintenance
To increase our customers' competences in high demanding market, it is very important for our customers to keep equipment in the top shape. We believe that every customer needs own solutions to improve productivity and efficiency. That's why our highly skilled engineers offer the tools for maintenance, such as condition monitoring, planning of preventive maintenance, execution of preventive maintenance, implementation of maintenance schedules adapted to the equipment, and education of maintenance staff.
Education & Training
We offer specialized training for your staff. Morgårdshammar Training Academy's courses are created out of our extensive experience and market demands. The content in the courses is tailored to your equipment and needs. We offer General mill process training, Operator training, Guide Academy and Wicon Academy.
Spare & Wear parts
We sell spare and wear parts of good quality. We offer the full scale of carbon steels, alloyed steels, stainless steels and super-alloy. Our parts are characterized by high quality tolerances and minimal surface defects.
